The button we need is “E-mail as PDF Attachment”.
You will find it in File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar
In the dropdown, filter “All Commands” and find the ‘E’ Email then move to the right side.
Error when setting up: New Outlook
General mail failure. Quit Microsoft PowerPoint, restart the mail system, and try again.
Above is from Excel but with the same problem.
You cannot use New Outlook but you need **Outlook 2016**
It is better to setup access in Outlook 2016 first. Setting up with PowerPoint is super hard with many issues.
