AWS Certification OnVue Problem with Mac Detect “Screenshot” App Running

Open Activity Monitor

You can search for it on spotlight

Find the “screenshot” and right click on it and force quit.

Note — Close in Force Quit will NOT work

This is NOT visible in the “Force Quit” menu when you open it on the top left Apple icon tool bar.
